Kennan Cornelious highlight
I'm sure most of you guys have seen this by now but i was re-watching this highlight last night and as my knowledge of Jiu Jitsu has improved since I last watched it, I was further able to appreciate some of the transitions, guard work and finishes in this clip. Far from a one trick pony, his vast arsenal of attacks and creativity rightly earned him the 2012 double grand slam. Will he do it again in 2013? Only time can tell but hes off to a great start.

Match of the week
Throwback to the WPJJC 2012 match between Rodolfo Vieria and Andre Galvao. Really strong opening combinations from Rodolfo and passing throughout. Checkout some nice work from the bottom too by Rodolfo at 2.55 as he makes multiple world and ADCC champion Galvao look ordinary.
The throw by Rodolfo at 0.28 is quick becoming his signature move which he has pulled off on the worlds best including Xande and Lovato to name but a few. What do you guy's think of it? Tim Spriggs of team LLoyd Irvin used it to great effect on his way to double gold at the 2013 Euros and I'm sure we're going to see this move alot more in the future.

Quick highlight from the men of the moment. With plenty of people hitting the berimbolo from de la riva, here's examples starting from spider guard. Check out 1.24, complete control from the start of the match and straight to the back within a few seconds, extremely effectively!

Another well made highlight by Preston Smith, this time of multiple world champion Michael Langhi. Tremendous guard work in this one folks, plenty of tome nage's and a really nice blend with reverse de la riva at 3.07 that I've been trying out recently. Check it out....
