This Saturday, East Coast Jiu Jitsu Academy Head Instructor Darragh O Conaill will be teaching a seminar in Port Laoise at our good friend Marko Conroys club "Tuatha Da Danann". The seminar will begin at 12.30 and will run for a minimum of 3 hours. The subject of the day will be sweeps from the butterfly guard, and of course there will be plenty of rounds of rolling at the end!
